Mark Cross offers complimentary returns on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and heritage box, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective plastics are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, removing any previous transit markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
